The Modern Conservatory
Deelectable is a living room of greenery and candlelight — a space that breathes with the grace of fine-dining service. We celebrate the tactile elegance of the venue through dishes composed with the precision of haute couture.
The Atmosphere
Step into the conservatory — a few moments from our tables, our terrace, and our kitchen.

Guest Reflections
Honest moments shared by the people who have sat down, lingered, and let the conservatory do its work.

Lunch
The food was great and well presented. The cocktails were amazing and worth every penny. The service was good though the waiters seemed a bit pushy on food and drinks. Customers are already here to spend, so let them do so at their will and pace.
Lunch
I love the Pizza here! My aunt and uncle once took me here to celebrate my graduation. It is very relaxing. The quality of the food is amazing. It's almost as if you will mess up a painting on how good they present their dishes.
Dine in | Breakfast
My oldest friend and I visited deelectable restaurant for our annual reunion. We opted for breakfast. The restaurant is in the Maseru Club community. Great spot and very well situated, with views to different kinds of sports grounds and well manicured and kept gardens. Being a cold and rainy morning, we opted for indoor dining. The service was a bit slow, and the staff was distracted by setting up for lunch service. However, with great company and catching up, we didn't mind the slow pace. Also, the restaurant is unique, with beautiful deco. We got our drinks and placed our order. The food came out in a timely manner, and we did enjoy it.
After-Hours
When the conservatory dims, The Bar awakens. Slow-stirred craft, crystal glassware, and the quiet theatre of mixology under amber light.
